Fox Island County Park

Thirteen members and friends of Stockbridge Audubon spent two hours birding Fox Island Saturday Morning, and then were joined by a number of students in the Master Naturalist class for some further birding. Our list:

In addition to the above, some birders walked the west end of the park and got the following additional species:
Blue-winged Teal
Bufflehead
Ring-necked Duck
Double-crested Cormorant
Pied-billed Grebe
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
Tree Swallow
Palm Warbler
Rusty Blackbird

That makes a total of 56 species for the day, so not too bad. Weather was good, and so was the company!
