Eagle Marsh
August 25, 2018

Stockbridge Audubon's first field trip of the season was at Eagle Marsh this morning.  Most people, perhaps reluctant to be struck by lightning, stayed away, but four people did show up for the 7:30 start.  We, too, weren't eager to be electrocuted, so during a lull in the storm, we viewed the marsh from the BSA Scout parking lot.  With the weather map showing the band of storms reaching back to Lafayette and Elkhart, we called it a day at 8:45.
