Willow Slough FWA
May 27, 2017
Thirteen members of Stockbridge Audubon Society made the trek to Willow Slough FWA yesterday, in search of those prairie birds that we don't often get here in the Fort Wayne area. The weather was cool and cloudy when we first started out, but the sun eventually came out, we shed our jackets and long sleeves, and had a great day of birding!
We ended up with a nice list of 86 species for the day. I wasn't officially keeping numbers, but below is our list of species for the day, with my best approximations of the numbers. Field trip leaders - Stephanie Wagner and Dave Reichlinger.
