October 17, 2015 Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and Metzger Marsh
Four birders fit neatly in one car for the Stockbridge field trip to Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge and Metzger Marsh. We had to skip Magee Marsh because it was closed for hunting. As has been the case this fall, birding was okay but not spectacular. Best bird was White-winged Scoter at Metzger, far out over the lake and seen by only one of us.
