Maumee Bay State Park and Howard Marsh Metropark

Eleven members of Stockbridge Audubon traveled to the south shore of Lake Erie today, enjoying great weather, and lots of birds! We saw a total of 66 species. Most notable, as far as numbers go, were 22 Winter Wrens and 12 Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers! These totals were more than anybody in the group had ever seen before. Our total counts for each location are listed below:
