September 28, 2013 Eagle Marsh
Everyone got a good look at the bald eagle perched in a dead tree behind the Eagle Marsh barn on another beautiful day in Northeast Indiana, 11 birders gathered for a Stockbridge Audubon field trip to Eagle Marsh. We had a good list of hawks, including the first Red-shouldered Hawk reported for EM, and all the woodpeckers except Red-headed. Our bird list was not very long, but we did get some good birds - 39 species.
